If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or the Services.

  • You will listen to your body, modify movements as needed, and stop immediately if you feel discomfort.

No Medical Advice

Content provided on the Site or information provided as part of participation in any Services is for general wellness and educational purposes only and is not intended as medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program, especially while pregnant.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Upload or transmit harmful or disruptive files or code.

  • Use the Site for unlawful purposes.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its servers.

  • Interfere with the operation or performance of the Site.

4. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

Participation in yoga, fitness, and wellness activities—whether live, streamed, recorded, or self-guided—involves inherent risks. By accessing or participating in the Services, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • You assume all risks associated with physical activity, including but not limited to personal injury, discomfort, illness, or complications related to pregnancy.

  • You are responsible for creating a safe environment for practicing at home, including maintaining adequate space, using proper equipment, and ensuring a stable internet connection.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and discharge Trishna Grigowski LLC, its owners, instructors, contractors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or causes of action arising out of your participation in the Services.

This release applies to all activities offered through the Site, whether synchronous (“live”) or asynchronous (“on-demand”).
